Established in 2006, The Bluebottle Company, located in Hackettstown, New Jersey, has so far been furnishing video and audio services for various clients. Projects have included short and full-length documentaries, a wide variety of services for silent film historians including music arrangement and color-tinting, as well as generating menu-based DVDs.
For video mastering of new material, we utilize the Sony PMW-EX1, a solid state camera that renders quality footage in high-definition comparable to that of 35mm film cameras used by major studios. All video footage is captured at 1080dpi, 35MB per second in HD, at 24 fps (film-quality), and stored in MPEG-4 files.
Subsequently, we edit all video and audio on the Sony Vegas, for professional HD quality. Practically any type of special effect (other than CGI) can be created with video-audio files, or integrated titles.
